Board Duties

President:

- plans for and moderates quarterly VTRID business meetings
- participate in Region One conference call meetings (sometimes monthly, sometimes quarterly)
- represents VTRID at regional and national conferences (when possible)
- sends out quarterly President' Reports to the membership
- reviews and then sends out the minutes from the quarterly meetings via the list serv

VP/Secretary:

- takes notes during business meetings
- electronically archives the notes (and sends them to the web master annually)
- maintains the membership list and list-serv
- solicits quarterly reports from the Treasurer, President, VIRS, and various VTRID committees for quarterly business meetings - collects membership dues

Treasurer:

- provides updated account information at quarterly meetings
- maintains general financial records
- deposits membership dues
- pays (via check) VTRID financial committments
- The treasurer files taxes with the IRS and sends RID a copy.
